During our meeting I've noticed the when car is stationary and engine is running, there is no P/S at all.
Robsey helped me today with cambelt and got and fit new P/S pump. As Andy said - cooler pipe doesn't have to be touched. There are few screws on the front of the engine (2 main ones). One pipe was undone from the tank, second from the pumps.
Fluid was either replaced or topped for a long time as it was clear and red. Supply rubber hose was also bit loose so could let some air in, but I dont think that it could be that major.
Well anyway, thanks to Robsey, my cambelt and pump are now replaced.
BTW - belt still had marks on it. Looked like done recently (car did 77k so first at 40k, second at 80), but recent genuine GM belts don't have direction arrows and timing marks. When Rob left I also checked tensioner and it's stuck now. Comparing to second tensioner (I keep one from another V6) that covered less, this tensioner feels like it's seized.
So hopefully 2 of my Omega problems are gone... :)
