 maybe a good idea  with our rather inclement weather. but maybe would need a non drinking party of drivers?

Drink on the evening before, after arrival, or drink after driving.

Just been on the premier travel inn site and they have twin rooms at £18 per person and its 10 minutes from Santa Pod  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I will need to know how many rooms are required but I will give them a call to see if a discount is possible

Yup....I think I can make 14th October alright. I'd already been on the Meets section and expressed an interest in doing this weeks ago and voted for that date in the poll. Overnight for a few beers sounds quality. The prices for the Premier Travel Inn also very reasonable or don't mind camping. Will be good to meet up with you all.....lets do it [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Ive just phoned Santa Pod and for those interested they do have an on-site campsite for tents or caravans which is £15 in advance or £20 on the day

The October one would be good, could do Mervs heads on the Saturday and pop over to camp/travel lodge on the Saturday evening and then the pod on Sunday

Tent option might be easier in the long run, I've got one, depends on how many peeps own tents

as i am regular camper i have very nice 8 man tent with all the equipment stoves, air beds, camp beds, etc etc would need plenty of bacon mind for the morning fry up :P ;)
willing campers could all chip in for the camping fees?
