Anyone in the area
« on: 28 August 2009, 12:31:12 »

Hi All
Newbie here, does anybody in the Nottingham area own a 1999 2.5 TD so I can view where the vacuum pipes around the egr valve go, has I'm having trouble with the vacuum side of things.
Photos might help.
Thanks in advance

Hello and a warm welcome to you Hodgy! :y

I know you have mentioned the Nottingham area, but it would be advisable to fully complete your profile on your exact district / location and your Omega's year. ;) ;)

It will help others to help you 8-) 8-)

Can't think of any tractor owners in Nottingham, but the vac goes from main vac line, to solenoid mounted by pas reservoir, then from there to the egr valve.

If yours is one of the less common ones with 2 pipes on EGR, the outside one just vents out somewhere convenient.

Do you mean the one on the outside of the egr?
