Last time I adjusted the tappets on a shove-it I had to find them first! Hidden under a mountain of congealed oil! I could tell there was something there because it was wobbling as the engine ran...

Boy was that car improved after and oil and filter change, breather clean, tappets adjusted and a new air filter (old one was clogged with oil!)
