Aircon problem

My aircon has just thrown a wobbler and just decided it don't want to play. The pumps kicking in and theres gas in there but it ain't blowing cold and the top pipe, the low pressure one that runs along the top O/S of engine that normally gets cold ain't getting cold any more.

It was working OK yesterday but just popped out to the shops and turned it on and no cold air.

Any ideas what could cause this to happen ?
