And BEFORE you do ALL of the above, go to your quack & have yourself checked out, ESPECIALLY your Heart (most important!), knees & back!! ;D
Why?.. Because Omega owners seem to have more heart stopping moments than 'others', & since you will be doing a LOT of leaning, bending, lifting, kneeling etc., it's important your moving parts are in good order!  ;D :y
