Just checked my Rota, I can't make either date due to other staff booking holiday and me needing to cover.
Change it!

Change what? Unfortunately I can't rearrange other employees holiday  :'(
Where there's a will.... ;)

I can try and get someone else to cover my shift on the 23rd but there's no way I can be sure.

Given that the only remote possibility for me is the 23rd, I'll vote for that one.

You're all welcome to borrow my locking kit / low down torquewrench etc if I can't make it.

Yeah, we only wanted your tools, not you :P

Seriously, if you can make it once we sort out the date, that would be great.  You could share a hotel room with Tunnie :P

16th is a no-goer in the daytime

23rd, I'm working on.

So if you want me and my tools, it'll have to be 23rd :P

Last time someone bought whisky to a cambelt event I was very unwell out of the car door several times!

I've a feeling she will want to come too,

If only I knew someone that would look after kids and dogs  :'(

The sooner we know who's staying and what date we can ask the hotel for a discount for a group booking :y

If it's under 50 quid for a decent room, and there will be grilling and other amenities (happy to help out), then we'd be game to stay over.  Otherwise it's me on my lonesome and driving home that evening.

I'll try and find out about Hotels Tomorrow and post it up, will also take a pic of the inside of the unit so you can get an idea of size. Just to confuse everybody. Ironbridge is only a few miles away and is a lovely place to stay over, just food for thought ;)
