Not sure it would blow away Z3/Z4 saleswise.  There are too many people who can't see past the BMW badge - people like my brother - and won't consider other marques...

As an example, look on ebay for Omega 2.5TD and see what a big fuss sellers make of the fact it has a BMW engine...

Hehe. Can't see past the fact that it's also about the lardiest feeling "2 seater sports car" on earth.
