Possible fix/workaround
« on: 26 December 2010, 11:56:47 »

GM and a Happy Xmas to ya.
Hi have a heater problem that all of a sudden, I only get cold air. I have tried most of the fixes I am able to do, like Rad flush, reset computer controls, bleeding system etc. I am told possible air lock. As I do not have the funds or the knowledge to replace water pump, I have been told I can fit an Inline Water Pump to hopefully solve the problem. Any ideas guys.

First off, what was done to the car for the heater to stop working. I dobt an airlock unless you have broken into the system. Does the car get up to temp fine and do the vents all work as they should. May be worth checking the vac pipes to the heater bypass valve to.
