2002 omega 2.2 exhaust system
« on: 19 March 2011, 21:09:03 »

Could someone please advise if it is hard/easy to disconnect the exhaust from the cat. Are they joined together by bolts or studs ? Is it a straight forwarded job replacing the 2 middle boxes into the last box, as it looks. Any ideas where to purchase the 3 boxes with regards to quality and price.I have seen prices for the sections on Ebay ranging from £27, to a complete set for £160 to the ridiculous.

got mine from eternal in germany, they are on e-bay.
they are recommended by quite a few oofer's :y
I think that where it joins the cat, can be a problem and new bolts need to be fitted.

Thanks omega 37 for the info. I take it you do not encounter any problems fitting it. I have the use of a pit and it looks a doddle ! But doodle jobs normal are not !! Found Eternal on Ebay and will buy the bits in the coming week.
