i think most women except a few (that includes me) in all the forces scare people. we are in a different legue.

"the boy" has admitted hes going to loose brills. and just for the record size has nothing to do with it. small people can be just as powerful as big people. trust me, i can put a 14 st man on the ground and i only way 8st.

Have done a few just on my own, it's heavy work but rewarding when it finally pops on!

we have found on mate. just a small snag chris has not contacted me back even though i have sent him a few emails.

(could you work out how much it would cost you to come down? & if i can get the box here next week how about the weekend off 17th/18th??)

Weekend of 17th should be absolutely fine...but I'll check with Maria and confirm. we'll do it in a day between us easily.

I'll make a couple of enquiries about the gearbox too. There's a couple of meega's in my scrappy, but I'm not sure I could raise / support them safely enough to get a gearbox off...

Travel costs amount to very little, I run on 50p a litre, and I'll probably go and see Mr Wood if I'm in that part of the country anyway

As per PM, try other sources for the gearbox - and preferbly try and get one off a 2.0

I'm sure there will be lots more (not so flattering) photo's following a gearbox change session, with Auto Transmission oil in your hair etc

I'll give you a call after 5, will make some gearbox enquiries in the meantime..
