Unseated wiper motors

My wipers do stop but they sit at 11 o'clock now - electrical?

If they reliably stop at that position I'd say no. More likely that the crank on the end of the wiper motor has slipped on its' splines so when the motor is in the parked position the wipers are in the wrong place.
