Battery removal

I have had both batteries off the cars and just wondered what needs resetting :-? One radio is fine and other one is doing nothing, not even asking for code :-/ I think the windows have also been effected :-? anything else that would have been effected :-? I have searched for info but not had much luck so far.

Usually it's radio code, windows and sunroof. May want the cd changer code on a pre/mini facelift as well.

Cant help on the stereo system, but IIRC the leccy windows need to be reset. Put them all the way down , then all the way up , but keep holding the switch in the up position as they go up and keep holding it after they are all the way up. You should hear a relay click after a second or so. I *think* thats all it needs.
