Hi fellas. Do any of your know where the water temperature sender unit is on a 2.5td with the BMW engine please. It seems to work when it wants too ! :)

The instrument gauge sensor and the ecu sensor are both mounted near each other in the head under inlet manifold. Both look similar, but the instrument one only has a single wire.

Can't remember which is mounted at the front, and which is at the back though  :-[
