i need to remove the stereo to get into change the climate control bulbs, but if i remove the stereo i am going to need the code and i dont know what it is, not in any of the booklets or documents i got with the car. vauxhall want £26 for it ! the stereo system is a phillips tape player with 6 cd changer i the boot, it does work just now but if i disconnect it, i will need the code, anyone know of a way of getting the code for it for free ?

Vauxhall will charge you for the Car Pass which also has key, imobiliser & CD changer (if aplic) codes too  :y

is it the sc804?
ñot sure but I think my CODE is off. if you can wait 3-4 days until i get back to blighty i will look at the manual and let you know

okay great, no rush for it as the radio works just now, just dont want to take it out to replace heater control bulbs and put it back in and it doesnt work, will have to check what model it is, i know it has the 6 disc cd changer in the boot
