2.5 Oxygen sensor part number

Hi..
Does anyone know if the following part numbers refer to the same part.
I want to change the oxy sensor and Vauxhall have quoted £160 + vat part number 90509274. Stupid price >:(
I have found one reputedly from a 2.5, with a code of 0258 003 447. I think this may be a bosch number, as it is very similar to the ABS/TC ECU numbers. : :y

Managed to find a cross reference....

Vauxhall.....90509274
Bosch........0258 003 448
