Good work.. :y

forget about the neighbours  ;)

for cleaning scratches..

if the scratched area have original paint or newly painted

examine the scratch if its less than 1/3 mm deep..You have a chance..

otherwise you wil go down to color paint layer and after will you need

a respray what means trouble..

first use 1500 grid sandpaper on the scratch vertical to the scratch

direction with enough water (before keep a small sandpaper in water

for few minutes to be soft enough)

than use it in the same direction just for half a minute not more..

then cut small portion is enough like in the pic.

after you need G3 or similiar (most small grained paste)

and a machine like this with variable speeds..

before using the paste apply small amounts of water on the sponge..

when the area is enough shiny use much fine grained sponge head with color polish..

Colour code is either on the vin plate or on the B pillar by the drivers door catch.

If I still had the touch up pen (also comes with a clear coat pen as well) i'd have sent it to you.  ::)

I've managed to hide some minor scratches on previous cars with 'colour magic' polish'  :y

We had our Omega for our first wedding aniversary, pride and joy, within 1 month the kids in the street lost balance on a bike and scratched the rear quarter >:(... I went nutso..  they promised to pay, all fair and square....  I decided not to make them pay in the end as the mum would have taken the £70+ out of the kids at the price of a beating!!!! :'(

Pissed off about the car, Happy with myself for preventing child abuse :) :)

Yin and Yan my friend Yin and Yan...

looks great ! well done you ! if you're bored i've got a jag here with half the crap off  the m6 all over it................ ;D , as far as your scratches go as long as they're not too deep, hire a mop for a weekend and buy a litre of farecla g3, works wonders on minor scratches and if you think its smooth now..................! stick with maguires polises, i do a lot of valeting for main dealers and you cant beat it, it really is the best !

g3 only takes the scratches but not a perfect polish..You need to use cream style polishes to get a very clean and shiny surface ..

maquires is not sold here so dont have idea about that..
