Of course if that technique really did work, there would be legions of teenaged males (or older) sporting the physique of Adonis while they worked their rampant way through the female talent of this country. :-* :-*

Would make a good xmas present for the wife. they always moan after a few minutes there arm is aching. would bee good exercise after doing the housework and build there muscles up for carrying more cases of beer home :y
