its also a semi-auto box (dont know what it is called) knock the gearshift to the left and you can go through the gears like a manual  ;)
but it is one thing i will be looking into changing to a manual box, i do like manual's  ;)
but for the money i paid for it couldnt really turn round and say "ermm sorry its got an auto box"  ::)

But still auto, unlike, for eg, DSG

Not a proper sequential either.  ;)

It's an auto box through and through. and they are best left to change gear themselves IMHO. Overriding the changes only highlights the frustration of losing 2000+ RPM between each gear... IMHO ;)

Like the saloon, a bit rarer/better looking than the hatch imo. :y Fitting a manual box is probably cheaper/easier than replacing the slush box when the oil cooler fails. :-\ It may be 2011, but pink mayonaise is never fashionable ::) Crap in snow too, won't let you start in a gear higher than third. :-\

Depends on your teacher. ;) First application of the 54deg V6 was in the Chavalier / Vectra / Calibra, surely? Only later did it get fitted to the RWD cars when the C26/C30 engines were dropped, so one could argue where it truly belongs. ;D

Who actually cares, anything which lowers the number of WWD cars is a good thing.
