For Sale: 2003 53 Reg Omega 3.2 Elite Auto Estate in Black
« on: 29 November 2011, 14:10:41 »

Due to a change in personal circumstances and finances, I have taken the very difficult decision to part with my beloved Omega.  Out of respect for the forum, I am offering her to fellow OOFers before advertising her elsewhere... although I don't really expect to sell her here...

Ok, so it's one of the very last retail Omegas, 1st registered in September 2003 on a 53 plate.  It's a 3.2 Auto in Elite spec, and is Tax'd and MOT'd until September 2012.  I'm the 3rd owner and the full V5 is in my name.  It has covered 103k miles.

The car came with a fully stamped up service history when I bought it, including a replacement cambelt kit at 81k in October 2009.  There is alot of paperwork with the car, including the leather manual wallet, car pass, receipts, old Mot certificates and old tax discs.

Since I purchased the car, I have kept a record of all the work I have carried out, as detailed below...

As well as all the standard elite toys, the car has an NCDC2015 system with full colour CID screen, and the telematics system in the glovebox.  Also included is a 2010 genuine GM Nav disc and PAYG sim card with holder.

It has 2 full sets of genuine GM floor mats (1 set are brand new), original load guard and load cover, towbar with single electrics, moulded GM mad flaps, GM locking wheel nuts and the 2 original remote keys.

The black leather interior (late spec leather) is immaculate, and all of the electric motors and heater pads are working perfectly.  All 4 tyres have loads of tread left, and the spare tyre has never been used.  The overall condition of the car can only be described as pristine.  The interior is very clean, nothing is broken or damaged and has never been smoked in.  The bodywork is 100% rust free and the paintwork has a deep gloss shine having been professionally detailed recently.  There are however, some minor stone chips and very small parking dings.  The wheels are 100% perfect, having been totally refurbished to a very high standard.

Here are a couple of pictures...

Please note, the geniune Irmscher grill shown in the picture is not included in the sale, but will be available under separate negotiation.

I am asking for £3500 for the car.  Top money I know, but if you are looking for one of the best estates in the country (even if I do say so myself  ;D), then you'll have to go a long way to do better then this one.  There is genuinely, absolutely nothing wrong with the car, and I'm pretty sure I've already addressed all of the common issues with Omegas now, so I expect it to give many miles of trouble free motoring for someone.

Please PM me with any questions...

I have had a few requests for some more pictures, so I shot outside today and took a few.  Please not that the car wasn't valeted before the pictures were taken (it was too bleedin cold today), so they present the interior in iet's usual condition.  The floor mats shown in the pictures are the old, original mats.  Underneath these are the brand new mats.

Note: The Irmscher grill and steering wheel will not be included in the sale of the car, but will be replaced with original, standard parts in excellent condition.

And here's a picture taken at WIM during the alignment session...

And I was just about to offer the full asking price. ::) ;D

Really? I have the cash available, but was waiting for him to drop the price, as tends to happen on oof..... ::) ::) ::)

Not with this one I'm afraid mate.  I've actually had 2 offers, not a million miles away from the asking price, but at the end of the day I know what she's worth!   8)
