...to the list of people who have pissed me off this year. breakless retards.

On the rare occasion you can get through to Customer Services without them picking the phone up and putting it down, they tell you to ring the shop where you bought it. So you call them, who tell you to call aftersales. Who tell you to call the shop. Who tell you to call customer services, who hang up. So try again, they tell you to call the shop.

This is all after a promise 2 weeks ago to send a replacement battery and charger, but it transpires they can't do that, as they are not expecting a delivery of batteries until June 2012

I bought a cordless drill from them about 5 years ago, when I enquired about a replacement battery, it was about £2 less than the price of the drill, and yes, guess what, they hadn't got one in stock.

Dont call Sky any more (thank god), and BT don't seem too bad.  The one that really gets my blood to boil is Oracle, they are impossible to deal with.  I may have told them that in the past, and got in trouble for it
