Very Pleased with MPG..........

.....................on my run up to near Kidderminster today..........

36.6 MPG on the way up and 38.2 on the way back.
My best ever run (M11, M25, M40) for MPG with Cruise.

And as a bit of a surprise walked into Michael Barrymore at Warwick services at 7 am on the outward leg....
He was very polite and (I think) quite relieved that I just smiled in recognition and said 'morning' and walked on....
He drove off in a silver Merc A Class. I thought he'd be in something slightly more ostentatious........

Agreed. I bumped into Nigel Havers in Windsor once. You get a much better class of celebrity if you choose your location more carefully. ;)

I got 25.5 mpg (on the MID) on a run from South Wales to Dorset (Local roads, M4, M49, M5, local roads) the other day.  I did have ladders on the roof though.....  ::)

Also, I bumped into Bill Beaumont on a cross channel ferry a few years ago.  He's alot bigger in real life than he is on the telly and he had a bag of duty free!!  ;) :y

i got as high as 22mpg the other day,i worked in the house of one of the spice girls, she was with one of the boys that left take that.cant say to much.

By my reckoning, thats over 40 miles. Even I can manage 20+ mpg over 40 miles ;D ;D ;D

Its perfectly possible to achieve 7.1 mpg all the way up chickenshit canyon, apparently ::)
