As people who have asked me for numbers will know, I never give them out with the exception being that if I know they definitely had said number until recently (and that means I have to have witnessed them call it )

I will, however, pass the number of the person requesting it on to the other person

Although my number is available for all to find if I have emailed them, I do try to keep it to myself as much as possible. I do appreciate that with my new job it is unlikely to remain that way for long as I have regular contact with any customers whilst on route.

Fear not to the people who's number I have... It won't be disclosed by me

If my number wasn't given out without my permission in June i would never of got arrested. the consequences were very extreme. luckily the end result wasn't that bad.

Does it really matter? It's on his site that I now know of. He's a car dealer and I wanted to contact him regarding a car. I said its all sorted now, so would've hoped that would've been the end of the topic. Not really worried if other people are bothered about their numbers being given out. I should imagine people would be annoyed if their number was given out, but as Josh is a dealer, and I wanted to talk about a car, can't see a problem? It's business for him at the end of the day, and doesn't include anyone else but me and him

No mate, not offended by your post at all, reading mine again, that is however how it comes across, sorry about that. Exactly if it was given to someone in the street I could understand a problem, however with this I can't really see one.

That's it. All I asked for was for Josh's number, not what everyone else would do if their number was handed out. Still never mind  .

And all I said was that people shouldn't be giving out other people's numbers without permission, I wasn't aware it was on his site, or even that his site was still up and running. So no problem
