you can always get one of those screen saver things make it look like a fish tank etc.........we fitted a tv in a large picture frame above a fire place when the tv is off it turns into a mirror...cool stuff lots of money i think

To be fair, half the time mine is a 'picture' anyway - the HTPC sits there showing the posters for all the movies & TV shows as a kind of slide show.

But then .. it's not like there's anyone else here to talk to/look at/etc anyway. Just me and the TV.
