Yep, would be good to know this for starters.  :y

Bear in mind that if the ECU detects a misfire it will shut down the cylinders with a problem until you restart the engine.

I would be looking for any kinks or splits in the pipes from the LPG injectors to the nozzles first, along with any obvious wiring problems between the LPG ECU and the injectors.

To diagnose much further needs the software to talk to the LPG ECU so individual cylinders can be swapped between petrol and LPG to work out where the misfire is. Depending on the outcome I'd swap the LPG injectors between cylinders and see if the fault follows the injector. Could be they are clogged or leaky.

I'm assuming at this point that it runs perfectly on petrol, of course.
