When a disabled driver sells any car they keep the tax disc, to hand back, and will take a while to tax, as disabled a new, used car, as the class can not be changed till the log book is in their name, so they will have had to pay for tax for a month or so, as a result your new car may show as taxed on APNR, depending on how long it has been in the system. They have to have the tax disc to register their new car as only one car can be taxed for free...... :)
