CCR800 swap for CCRT700
« on: 09 February 2012, 18:49:48 »

As most of you will have read that I'm after a CDC2 cd unit, but I've been offered a CCRT700 complete set up, now would I have to change the to the CCRT700 loom or would I be able to use the existing CCR800 & just change the HU & what about the phone part of the CCRT700 is that a lot of work to fit?

Now when you say "dont go there" do you mean the phone part or the whole CCRT700 swap  :)

The swap. Although, that said, the ccrt700 isn't overly reliable anyway - I've got a decent collection of them chucked in the garage. That said, I've got a collection of most radios fitted to Omegas ;D
