Is the fault on petrol or LPG.

The lambda fault code be thrown when the ecu hits the limit on its adjustment value based on lambda readings, been seen a few times with LPG setups which are not at optimal settings

lambda fault on lpg is something normal .. I think question is asked for normal fuel

besides for lpg the codes must be O2 sensor voltage low or high..

with a faulty lambda soon you will cook your cat(s), as the unburnt fuel burns inside them!
