Just becuse 'Robber' Budden charges ridiculous prices for his cars doesn't  mean he is willing to pay good money for the cars he buys.

I imagine he tells every potential Omega seller that their pride and joy is worth SFA, and that he is doing them a favour  by taking it off their hands.

No. But it is clear as day/there for all to see/as clear as the nose in ones face, in the pictures.

It's discoulured. Seen a few like that. Don't know what causes it.

Agreed.  Ok, extreme example but.. eg: My old lady up the drive. 179k. 18 years old this Dec. So that's basically give-or-take 10k per year. Happy days! Except...

-Not driven in 7 years, though. Ok, so now it's 16k per year.

-Except I know in those 3 driving years of ownership in our family she did a typical average not-more than 10k per year. So a total of 30k off the total 179k

-Previous owner, about that, too. Maybe 2 years, 10k per year..129k.

-So in her first 6 years she did 129k, or 21k per year. And actually, I am fairly sure she was a rep's car for the first 3 years, so realistically I have a funny feeling that she did about 80k in her first 3 years. (offtopic, but maybe even sold due to the impending cambelt change.) Ooooh!!!

Didn't bid on it but he did not like the offer I sent him after a few questions. It's not been on the road for over a year.

I didn't see it the last few times. Been scouring the internet last few days and there is nothing decent left only CD/Xs so all those who have good ones better hold on to them (and of course sell one to me if you have two)

Cant see any coolant in the tank , and is it my eyes but why is that oil filler cap at jaunty angle

I spoken to guy selling and to say he was evasive is an under statement...no proof that the car has ever been serviced or ever had a belt change but has had a water pump???....I don't think this one is for me...
