Gave it a hiding to Birmingham... ::)
Yesterday, gave it a more gentle, though possibly still illegal, cruise back from Birmingham.

Far nicer to drive than that crappy, horrible, nasty Focus I've had all week

i like the focus :)

On mine....waited for the AA to change a tyre on the A55 (very busy, very fast dual carriage way) after a blow out - new tyre and wheel required  :'(

On hers..

Oil and filter change
top up fluids
fix rear numberplate fitting
clear scuttle drain

i like the focus :)
It the biggest heap of junk ever made, bar the Escort it replaced. Gutless engines, unpredictable handling, brakes that wouldn't stop a wheelbarrow, and suspension that knocks your fillings out.

Its one of the few cars I get really apprehensive about driving, normally to the point of refusing.

I'd rather drive Gayboy's Omega on Falkens than have to drive a shitbox Focus.

Had a set of spring assisters fitted to see if that will help when towing the caravan, back end sagged a bit when hooked up despite new springs fitted earlier.

Dont rule out duff shocks, as a noseweight of 75kg shouldn't make too much difference

Replaced front shocks (B4s) springs (MV6) wishbones (poly'd) droplinks and rollbar bushes (poly)

A bigger job than it seems when doing all together, I'm knackered!

Monday, trip to WIM and then a ragging on the way home.  I left a P reg BMW for smoke the other day and I want to do it to him again  ;D ;D
