anyone know why i cant use the avatar i have on the old site on this site. dont know how to contact site owners there is no way of contacting them. can anyone help?

ill have a look, hold on....it may be the old broke rules, that werent picked up on, but are enforced automatically here...

when you set that here  you get

the max dimensions allowed are 110x110px 50kb (rules state :  Please keep avatars to below 50k to avoid annoyance to low bandwidth users. Also, keep the maximum size to 110 x 110 pixels.)

your avatar is 200px × 113px 6.76 KB

So has always been against the rules, but as they were applied manually, you slipped through the net.
resize to within the guidelines and the site will allow it.
