3.2 manual - recommended new flywheel and clutch

Luk clutch kit, as cheaper than Vauxhall.
Vauxhall flywheel as half the price of luk one :y

not sure how many miles you have done but I not saw DMF need replacing on omega jet

yep you can buy vectra fly wheel for about £10 on ebay

they did, its a big shock absorber, to help keep the power takeup and delivery smooyh,and also to heip keep some vibration at bay.

what did we do before dmf ???

Clutches had sprung hubs - not quite as refined, but lighter and more reliable.

If you fit a solid flywheel, make sure you fit a clutch that has a sprung hub. :y

If you fit a solid flywheel, make sure you fit a clutch that has a sprung hub. :y

And a spacer for the release bearing as the solid flywheel is a lot thinner than the DMF.

you only need spacer if you use C20xe or c20let flywheel,
vectra v6 fly wheel its same size as omega
