hi all im Tom ive just joined the site and have to say what  great site for knowledge and experience !

i ve done a few things already to my baby eg 2001 opel omega 2.2 16v manual 167.000 miles and going strong !

1st i replaced the thermostat [ with help from here ]

2nd i fixed the drivers electric seat [ with post on here ]

3rd sorted the petrol tank sender , it was slightly broken but was able to repair it ! [ again post on here ]

4th i flushed and changed the coolant/ did a full service eg spark plugs, oil, air filter , [ helpful hints on here ]

5th i changed the dash panel bulbs in the instrument pannel [ thanks to the mantiance section !

6th sorted a few rattles from the drivers and passenger front doors [ again maintanice section ]

BUT !! now im stuck on my final problem !

im getting no heat on the drivers side vents yet blasting really good heat from the passenger side ,

and its not just the vents you can control on the dash there is no heat on top for the front window on the drivers side , but good heat on the passengers side , and the same ffrom the foot wells , passenger side perfect and drivers side freezing !

ive checked the passenger and drivers side foot wells for leaks [ none ] and im not loosing any water eg temp is steady at 85 c and fans kick in around 91-94 c and temp returns to 85 c on gauge when driving normal or hard ! after fans , even in traffic ,

ive flushed the matrix [ from post on here ] and still the same ,

i think the cluch has been changed recent and something to do with the pedals as the under cover below the fuse housing has been disturbed , so is it possible someone has done something down ther to cause this problem ?

its geing cold now this time of year and i have to wear a jacket when driving as even when i close the drivers side vents its cold [on the drivers side

please if anyone can help it would be great as im totally stumped and dont want to go poking if i dont know what im looking for if ya know what i mean thanks .

hope to hear from someone soon !! [ ive a few days off so want to try and get it sorted ]

Tom  :)

I have no heat on the passenger side but the motor arm is in place, it appears the motor is not working. Is there a fuse or anything specific I should check?
Thanks,
