expensive tyres
« on: 02 April 2009, 21:19:00 »

hi all, can anyone help, ive got standard 225/55/16 wheels and tryers on my v6. the price of replacement tryers is really expensive so i was wondering if i could put 205/55 on the same rims and would this effect the handling. any advice would  be great. thanks

Hello and welcome

I am skint at the moment and therefore had to buy budget tyres this time  :( my tyre size is 235/45 R17 - trust me these cost more than your tyre size  :)

I managed after ringing around everywhere and checking the internet to get them for £65 each from the fast fit station  :y (They are nationwide)

I did state that I wanted ' the cheapest, shittyest tyres they had !!!  :y
