For 300/306, check plugs for oil/water on the 2-4-6 bank, worth checking 1-3-5 as well.

Is your EML on?

Check for water around no 6 plug well due to a leaky scuttle.

you could always swap the plug to another bore to see if the problem misfire follows it - could be the actual coil pack itself with it coming up random misfire - check the condition of the rubbers that fit over the plugs - often they get damaged if its not removed correctly - there is a special tool to remove them - i just use two larger bolts to do it
have got a brand new one in the garage but just checked and its  1-3-5 bank

Might be worth check bank 2 trims, given the codes from bank 2 lamda.

Visually inspect the missing cylinder coil pack. Any signs of expansion, or rust in the cracks that may appear, is a bad sign...
