Attaching Pic in a Private message

How do you go about attaching a pic in a private message?
I can see insert image but if i click that it just puts img/img on the page ,dont allow selection of the pic.

OOF doesnt host your pics....you can put the url of your own picture (many people host on photobucket) between the IMG tags and it will be shown.

Ok thanks JimBob it was and old reciept I wanted to show loo knee (Daz) so better just emailing him just found the email address now .
