ok guys found almost my perfect td estate for sale,
its a facelift manual

cdx spec with cruise aircon etc everything except leather which is absolutely no good to me in Spain!! so its seems its just right!!

car is one owner from new!!

had a new lift pump in tank 2 years ago

and last year had a hideously expensive new injector pump!!

has never towed and doesent even have a towbar on it,

its a 99 reg

should say at this point there is absolutely nothing wrong with
mine and mine although gls has had certain upgrades

and its almost cdx spec anyway, it has air suspension on rear (new) xenons, irmscher steering wheel, polybushed suspension arms,at rear, irmsher rear lowered uprated springs, uprated clutch, etc etc and has only done 121 k when i last saw it!! so it needs nothing and the only reason im thinking of changing it is i like the facelift model, so do i buy if its right or not?

kicker is they are asking 1500quid for it, which seems to be a bit expensive in current climate?

comments and reasonings appreciated???

Yes but certain women don't know what they're doing

Honestly try taking the mick with £800 you never know then try 1k go up to I'd say £1200 max

hang on a minute.

This car sounds all too good to me apart from the leather - no use in this heat (37 today). You could always put those bead covers on. Where are all the problems to solve? No challenge at all!

of course it makes a difference at t plate will be a pre facelift g has already stated its a facelift at the end of the day its worth what someone will pay !!! and being a diesel estate makes it more wanted than a 2.5 petrol saloon ! !

good point but yours presents enough challenges for both of us!! and i hate bead covers!!!

my dilemma exactly!! nowt wrong at all with mine!1 and its lower mileage than the one im thinking of buying!

It does sound very nice indeed, although slightly expensive, however, you need to find out prices in Spain, could be about the right money. Sounds like you want it, I know I do!

TDs have a premium, and estates have a premium. That said, £1500 is quite a lot I reckon, particularly as you imply it has high mileage.

well went to see it, and it is exactly what i want if you ignore the bent front wing,
the cracked and badly repaired rear bumper
the scratches on every panel,
the damaged front bumper
absolutley filthy manky interior!
I reckon it needs at least 750 spent on body repairs

to make it a halfway decent car,
aircon doesent work but prob wants regassing,
but mechanically perfect apart from the tailpipe has rusted away
drives absolutley spot on, and is quite pokey even tho it hasnt been chipped yet!!
reason its like it is??
it lives on a farm, which has a half mile bumpy rutted track uphill all the way to get to the farmhouse,and is a typical farmers car!!
offered them 800 as is and will wait for the call

and continue looking!!
