That's all right, I'm a global moderator. :P

I guess my place would be easiest. Before the garage fills up too much with immobilised bits of Westfield, I suppose.

I think the next couple of weekends might be a bit busy though. Will see.

I'm waiting on a set from them . Did they fit OK and anything to add to the " How To " in the maint. guide section ?
Don

Fitted pretty easily.....my tips.

Remove the old bush with a claw hammer, this requires much swearing and standing on the hammer handle!

Remove the rubber upper cup (it lifts out)

For insertion, place a small piece of wood between the trailing arm and floor pan.

A bit of soap around the bush.

Get the orientation right

I then used the jack to push the bush in....and it went all the way in first shot.

Drop the jack again and re-fit the upper rubber.
Re-fit the plate.
I'm glad you're now an expert in these............. ;)

When we had the car jacked up to do the tank, chrisgixer looked at mine (seeing as they are a pet favourite of his), and muttered 'oh my, they have seen better days' (actual version varied, and would kill the word censor)....

must admit i was a little shocked tbh, esp. given your mot tester is so ott with the likes of air freshener's etc. Hence the language. ;D

Those Donuts are fubar, and have been for some time. It should have failed on them a couple of years ago, yet they pick up on air freshners. Muppets.
