Noisy wheel bearings and diff  ::)
The general idea is to choose items that constitute part of the MoT  ::)

Im gonna go for :


plastic over sill fitted
both n/s/r & o/s/r wheel arches corroded and holed
under side corroded and rusty
both front brake disc corroded and rusty
both rear brake disc corroded and rusty
both rear hubs back plates corroded and very rusty
nearside rear Tyre worn very close to legal limit
offside rear Tyre worn very close to legal limit
oil leak sump pan very rusty
Well done for remembering the reg, Mr Jimbob ;)

But I think that's classed as cheating ;D
