Yes....if they are any good.

Omega's warp cheap disks VERY quickly

Ive replaced 2 month old 'cheap' disks before now, cant live with the judder.

Id pay a little more for genuine...cheaper than buying twice.

Sounds pattern?

I've yet to see a cheap (ie, less than GM on TC) pattern set last long. False economy.

Think the fronts are around a ton for discs and pads, rears are around £80, pads £10.

So probably around £200.

If yours needs a sensor, these are around £8 each

Retail, trade, tradeclub + vat
Brake Disc Kit; Front; Ø 296 x 28mm; Vented    93175466    £114.00    £94.11    £83.83

Solid; Ø 286 X 12mm    90444513    £98.00    £83.36    £68.61
(or for others Vented; Ø 286 x 20mm    93182287    £98.00    £83.57    £70.95)

cant see the rear pad price for some reason, front pads in the kit above.
