can you set up a remote without the car, ie using vin number as i have no spare.well i do but they need programmed or is it the stealers for me.....?

3 bits to a key
the key, you can order these by key number from your security pass, will just work to open car (but will set alarm off)
transponder, comes with key if ordered from dealer, will need you car tech2ing to set it up to allow the key to start the car
remote fob, again needs your car tech2ing to open car and disable alarm
security pass also needed to program in the transponder and remote fob.

or i could wait to the next meet   can i put my name down now for it   i have remote seprate from the key.i have the car pass but was told could be done here much cheeper, with what i heard at the jock meet the boys with all the toys are down south. unless some of the boys with the toys are comming to the next jock meet ?
