hi everyone and thanks to all that have helped me so far, the girlfriends parents donated to me a 1996 3.0 v6 elite, it was either me or the scrappy, so i took it, such a waste to scrap!! hopefully have the selector switched replaced soon then will have to see what it needs for mot. will be using as a 2nd car as i travel 60 miles round trip for work and will use my 306 diesel for that. im an ambulance emergency medical dispatcher for the scottish ambulance service
