Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Question time again!
« on: 27 December 2009, 13:38:31 »
Need a bit of help on this. I've been trying to use the heated seat facility, but whenever I turn on the button (even with the setting up to 5), I get nada - the light on the switch comes on, but seats do not heat. Any ideas?

PS: all fuses ok

Now, for the second question:
I've tried to switch on heating (even with the climate control set to MAX), I get nada again. There is only cold air blowing in ... what could be the problem? HBV or something else??

Cheers,
Z

Does the engine start fine?

Just a thought, but have you checked the fuses in the fusebox below the steering?

Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Re: A/C fan staying on.

Pete, just wanted to ask ... have you tried to swap the connections of the front 2 fans and see if it makes any difference?

Since the fan has leccy to it, fuses are fine and relays have been changed ... this makes me suspect a *maybe* faulty fan ... swapping the connections will prove that, if the same fan is running whilst it is connected with the other fan's connection, there would be something wrong with the fan itself.
