Have removed the auxiliary pump and checked it on a 12 volt feed and all is ok with it, works fine
Removed vac pipe to HBV (and plugged the pipe) and no change  :(

removed Aux pump and replaced with elbow.
ran engine and no difference to heat in the cabin  >:( >:( >:(

forgot to add that there was water in the pipes to and from the aux pump so some progress :)

Think we're in the realms of disconnecting pipes to bulkhead, and trying to flush through matrix...

have tried to get the connectors off the bulkhead but wont shift!!!
So when the pipes were off the aux pump flushed the matrix from there.
seemed to run free one way the other not so easy

Update
after removing the top of the engine, flushing the matrix and the rest of the system................
then putting everything back have HEAT in the cabin :D :D :D :D :D :D

All to sort now is the CC control and the winter aux pump.
Any offers for help?
