Urgent pricing help required please

My parents have a W reg 2.5 CDX Estate pre facelift manual, FSH, loads of work done, new exhaust manifolds, clutch (at the same time) 66,000 miles, metallic green, all the toys; alloys, cruise, climate control, radio phone system, heated seats, etc, in good condition and all working well. They've had it since it was 2000 miles old in October 2000.

I need an estimated value for the car, and also how easily do you think it will sell?

Basically they're looking at a 2.0 TDi Octavia Estate today and are trying to decide whether to trade it in or sell it privately.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Steve. :)

Being an estate and a well specced one, on a W reg, with very low mileage (I trust the cambelt kit is replaced?) then it will sell quite easily.

Pricing. Well assuming bodywork is excellent then from £1,750 to £2,500 on autotrader or local paper.
