A quick hello
« on: 13 April 2009, 10:44:27 »

Hi
I am hoping this is going to be the start of a very long interaction with me and this site! Im on my third omega estate and have got the bug. Everything else I try will not do the job or I just dnt like it. As a dog trainer my car is used everyday to transport my 4 legged friends around. BUT this is my problem, every car I have had and every garage I go to I am made to feel stupid, if I havent got a clue what they are talking about. Im a girly!!!!!! So my faithful number 2 car is on the drive after failing MOT and IM going to fix it...........

Its a 2.5 ???? see I dnt even know the model, but it has everything incluiding a built in phone.

While this is off the road I have just bought an older 2.5 diesel estate, full mot etc. But after 2 days its now playing up and as sold as seen there isnt much I can do about it now. So I now have 2 cars to fix. Think the diesel just needs a service and new glow plugs. Any way I will be posting lots of question in the general question forum so any help will be greatfully received,. Ali

Tractor, so thats what you call it. My friends call it my mobile shed! Ive moved a lot of stuff in mine.
Thanks for the great welcome.
My petrol failled on little bits that I think I can sort and will post question as I go along when I need help.  It was also the power steering?? off to the garage for that and as none of the heating buttons work, thats my main problem. Have been told its not worth repairing. It got me through the snow but with no heating etc it wasnt easy or very safe to drive. More ice on the inside than out and with no heated seats I got a cold ***
My diesel is going to get new glow plugs tomorrow and I will post some other questions about it now, in general. Not for sale yet! all depends on the petrol. To be honest only got the diesel one as number plate is SYD and as thats my dads name he is going to get that for a birthday present.........
