Title: not a bad result!!
Post by: symes on 03 March 2012, 22:43:25: This morning stripped cam covers to do the gaskets and put in G cams(got a set of 4 last month) But when covers were off-Had G cams in already-wow saved me extra work :y

Thanks, so might our 2.6 have them? how do you tell without lifting the rockers off? surly they must be part of the original spec and therefore mentioned somewhere in the paperwork..... :-\ :-\

Thats cheap , just had a peep on ebay and cant see any but have seen many pulled out of scrap cars down the local scrap yards ...seems its the first thing folks are after ;)

Post by: symes on 04 March 2012, 09:33:16: took me a while to come across a set!! Typical-eventually get a set then discover car already got them in-did'nt know wether to laugh or cry about it. dont know if its because mines a 2.5 elite estate
