When I was an impressionable youf, I fancied:

SD1 - many a happy hour sticking the brochure pages together ::)
MkII Astra GTE - loved it from the moment I saw the first one
KITT

Sadly, only ever owned the middle one, and that was a let down, bit of a ladies car.

Odd that no-one has mentioned what I drooled over ..

When I was in my early 20's I went out with a lass whose father owned a garage, and one day he came home with one and let me have a drive in it .. absolutely phenomenal !!

An uncle of mine had a regular Interceptor for a while before I was born .. the only one I've ever seen close up was in the garage of a fella I was buying an engine off; he also had a Jensen H-Type drophead coupe mid restoration - one of only 14 produced and, I believe, the only drophead of that configuration in existence. T'was gorgeous, even if it was in bits!

Had a metallic blue Mk111 Interceptor 6.3litre for a while in the mid 90's(series 3G).
Brother had an XJS V12 at the time. Interceptor was quicker to 60 but after that the XJS would leave it for dead.
We both wish we had kept them both. I see the Interceptor at Newport Classic Car show every year and it's now the same colour as the one above.

Jaguar MkII 3.8S
MkI 3.0V6 Granada Ghia
E Type Jaguar
Triumph TR4
Triumph TR6
Ferrari Dino
Ford GT40
AC Cobra (Shelby)
Jenson Interceptor (7 Lit)
Lotus Carlton

Luck to have owned all but the last four, all of which I have driven though

Been looking for pics, but most of my motoring ones (incl my racing ones) disappeared with nearly all my photo albums when I got divorced :-\

Found a few -

Not my '64 TR4, but my '67 TR4A -

My '69 TR6

My '72 Ferrari Dino (such a nice looking car)

If I find any of the others I'll post them up

I liked the Audi 200 turbo (late 70s-early 80s) and Monza gte (with digital dash). My mates dad had a Monza and took us for a "leisurely" spin sometimes ::)
