MkII Astra GTE - loved it from the moment I saw the first one
KITT
Sadly, only ever owned the middle one, and that was a let down, bit of a ladies car.

they beat Audi to it by years ..... as for the ABS - it could've been better! ::)
But I'd love one ........ a 'normal' Interceptor would be OK ;D

I've only ever seen one ...... and that was a show years back. It amuses me that the passenger seat is narrower than the drivers so they could get the 4x4 in :y

Silly me, I meant the VX Viscount not the Cresta. I remember the manuals that came with the car, must have been about a dozen of them from the Powerglide transmission to electrics etc
Seeing the FF above reminded me of a friend of my dads who had one and a Mk1 Lotus Cortina. Just plain greedy if you ask me ;D ;D

An uncle of mine had a regular Interceptor for a while before I was born .. the only one I've ever seen close up was in the garage of a fella I was buying an engine off; he also had a Jensen H-Type drophead coupe mid restoration - one of only 14 produced and, I believe, the only drophead of that configuration in existence. T'was gorgeous, even if it was in bits!
-
Had a metallic blue Mk111 Interceptor 6.3litre for a while in the mid 90's(series 3G).
Brother had an XJS V12 at the time. Interceptor was quicker to 60 but after that the XJS would leave it for dead.
We both wish we had kept them both. I see the Interceptor at Newport Classic Car show every year and it's now the same colour as the one above.

I liked the Audi 200 turbo (late 70s-early 80s) and Monza gte (with digital dash). My mates dad had a Monza and took us for a "leisurely" spin sometimes ::)
