So had to do a delivery at costa in brackley, loading bay for lorries/vans and only till 13.00,so an old woman pulled in before me,i just about gets parked in loading bay,and old woman gets out,i got out and told her she was in a loading bay,and was preventing other delivery drivers from being able to park and do their work,so what was her excuse, you can vote for 2 answers.

Choices 1 and 2
After doing a bit of research ive found out they dont have any right to park in loading bays, unless its stated they can, also can be fined £1000 for misuse of blue badge and can also have it taken of them .

Park where you have to to deliver, take pictures of them/their car and when you get a ticket present as evidence to counter it... Simples ayee... ::)

If its safe to double park if cars are parked in a loading bay,i tend to pull up by the side of them and block them in,so if i get a ticket i make sure the cars do aswell  :y

Yes they are called traffic enforcement officers - employed NOW by councils seeing as the government took those powers away from us!!!!!
