Went on a bit of a shopping spree the other day and have ordered 1 or 2 (maybe 16) items from various places inc Amazon and a particular auction site.
Just checking email and amazon sent an email saying a package is out for delivery, clicked on the tracking details and it says depatched today for delivery tomorrow. 3 mins later theres a loud knock on the door and the package is here. :y
On checking the package (after asking if it needed to be signed for (was told no )) I realised both ends of the package were open (not sealed in any way)
As a result I have gone back on the website to complain and cant find a telephone number, a complaints section, might be me not looking properly but I thought all companys had to supply contact information.
Ended up making a complaint via the packing feedback link. :-\
Not impressed

I've always found them very customer centric, as is the Amazon way.
I guess if you start the sentence with 'listen, you retard', you won't get very far. ;D

Funnily enough, I think that's how my last call to them ended. Some call centre manager in Manilla had obviously got fed up with being called a lying, stupid retard.
Mind you, I had some cold calling tart try to tell me off for telling her in no uncertain terms I wasn't interested in what she was selling. I've given up reporting such retards to TPS, as that's a con to gather numbers for marketing firms IME.
